Is the free plan really free?
Yes. The Starter plan is free forever with no credit card required. You get up to 100 students, basic invoicing, and email reminders at no cost.
Can I change plans at any time?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference immediately. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my student limit?
We'll notify you when you're approaching your plan's student limit. You'll need to upgrade before adding more students. We never automatically charge you or lock out your data.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — annual billing comes with a 20% discount compared to monthly. Contact us at hello@feepilot.io to switch your account to annual billing.
What payment methods do you accept for subscriptions?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and mobile money (for Ghana-based accounts) for platform subscriptions.
Is there a setup fee?
Never. There is no setup fee on any plan. Our onboarding team will help you get started at no extra cost.
